Ingredients
6 ea boneless chicken thigh
1 T olive oil
1 cn cream of chicken soup
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 T powder curry
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper, black

Directions
1. Cook chicken in skillet with oil.  Season with salt and pepper. 
2. Cut chicken into pieces and place in skillet.
3. Combine soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, salt, and pepper.  Pour over chicken.
4. Cook simmer for roughly 5 minutes.

Alternate method:

1. cut raw chicken into pieces and place in instant pot.
2. Combine soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, salt, and pepper.  Pour over chicken.
3. Cook in instant pot on manual for 10 minutes.  Instant release.

Serve with rice.
