Ingredients
3 ea egg
2 c sugar
1 c olive oil
2 c Grated zucchini
3 c flour, white
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
3 t cinnamon
1/4 t baking powder
1/4 t ginger
1 t nutmeg
1 1/4 c Chopped walnuts

Directions
Blend together the eggs, sugar, oil, and zucchini.
Blend the remaining ingredients, then add to the wet ingredients and mix well.

Bake in two greased and floured loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
