  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials (password, passkey, or Google account) secure.
  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the recipes, images, notes, and other content you create. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and share it as needed to operate the service — including showing it to household members or the public when you choose those visibility settings.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post any content you upload, including recipes imported from third-party sites.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to access other users' private data or disrupt the service.
  • Use the service to send spam or scrape content at abusive volumes.

5. Recipe and Nutrition Disclaimer

Recipes, ingredient data, nutritional estimates, and substitution suggestions are provided for convenience only and may contain errors. Thyme Keeper is not a source of medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Always verify ingredients for allergens and follow safe food-handling practices.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thyme Keeper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its "last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
